At MiniNail, we stand behind the quality of our electronic concentrates hardware and offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, used vaporizing components cannot be returned once operated.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unused device and all original accessories into the original box to ensure the electronics are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and electronic integrity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
